Once banking has opened, choose “Withdrawal” from the Main Menu and follow the easy instructions
We will always try to first pay your withdrawal back to the same place from where your deposit was made. For example, should you have made a previous VISA card deposit, your withdrawal request will automatically be refunded to the VISA card details on record. This is provided that VISA Original Credit Transfer programme (OCT) qualifying criteria are met.

• VISA OCT: 7 – 10 business days
• Direct Bank Transfer/Swift: 3 - 5 business days
